Week 01 Initial ideas

HEAVEN21

 

- High-technology and security prison to detain all aliens from other spaces.


- The lastest branch of universe's prison.

 

 An iconic "coffin-figure" building in the middle of an ocean. The coffin could reminding prisoners of the last place for the death. The doors are also this shape.


Apart from the 5 floor building, interior spaces are including :
- cells
- dock
- 3 elevators
- Office and laboratory
- Recruitment ground
- Basement ground where have lake, waterfall, cliff, field and sport area
- Visiting Room
- The Finalist's area

- cluster in 5 floor due to catagories
     G floor  - General purpose and secret prisoners/ offices / recruitment ground
     F floor   - Flying prisoners
     E floor   - Element prisoners
     B floor   - Beast prisoners/ boats doc / entrance and exit gates / basement ground
     A floor   - Aqua prisoners(underwater)

- Prisoner's uniform
  - liquid spray clothing system to get along with the prisoner's shape.
  - A Figure on the cloths meaning :
    1-9    = most dangerous
    10-29 = normal dangerous
    30-50 = not dangerous

- Every prisoner wears a collar showing a number of days that they have to stay in the prison.

- When prisoner have done any specific deed, wardens or authorities will record and show it on the main screen of the prison. The system will analysis each deed. If it is a good deed, the number on the collar will be minused, on the other hand, if it is a bad deed, the number will be added.

- The prisoner who has "0" number means they can be released.

This means :
A34 is a prisoner in AQUA catagories / not dangerous / 50 days left in the prison
B8 is a prisoner in BEAST catagories / most dangerous / 2000 days left in the prison
F12 is a prisoner in FLYING catagories / normal dangerous / 100 days left in the prison

 Execution
- An executions is popolar and gain income for the prison.
- Due to the prison located in the ocean, so the execution place has to be another place. It located in the key zone of the city, called "Heaven21 Stadium"


Heaven21 Stadium
 - Every months, the 10 prisoners who have highest number of penalty will be grouped together in one area. (called The Finalist)
- The activities of them will be broadcast 24hrs.
- The audiences will judged who should be eliminated by voting via mobie or online.
- The most 2 popular vote will be revealed every weeked and collectting until the end of the month.
- The top 2 at the end of each month will be delivered via a big tube under the prison directly to the stadium.
- Free ticket for the audience, the top 2 need to fight until one or another die.
- The audience can take a lots which side will die. Who guess the right side will have a chance to be one of ten free ticket tour at the HEAVEN21 (Normally, open once a year and high-cost ticket.)

 

 

A stadium in the city also can see the prison in the ocean.

- Scientists : Analyze the catagories for the prisoner and reduce or enlarge an alien's size in the recruitment process
-Heaven's hunters : Hunt the alien from other space which harm people around the world(Inspired by Ghostbuster, Primival)


The prison also has a secrest that undisclose to public, all the warden and authorities are tranformed from a former prisoner who have been relesed. We can call them mutant. They can not tranform to their original body in public otherwise they will be fired and exile from the earth.

Moreover, there are some rumors about species cloning on the G floor.
